Uzma is kind, caring and a fantastic physiotherapist! Thank you! bansi3445December 18, 2025Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had six sessions to treat a calf strain caused by poor running form for a half Marathon with high elevation. The sessions were well structured and varied ie testing strength in different planes, massage, electric stimulation. Progression in homework exercises via the app were easy to follow and the physio wouldn’t let me leap ahead to weighted exercises (progression from bodyweight) unless I had demonstrated I had consistently done my home exercises - this prevented Reinjury. Location was very convenient for me and appointment management was easy too. Would use again if I get injured.
